TICKET DELIVERY OPTIONS

PRINT-AT-HOME

After ticket purchase is complete, you will receive an email from info@lfjcc.org with an attachment to download a printable ticket with a barcode. 


WILL-CALL

Tickets will be held for pick-up at Guest Services with photo I.D. of original purchaser. Ticket orders received less than 14 days prior to the performance are held at Will Call, which opens one hour prior to show times.  

GENERAL INFORMATION

PERFORMANCE VENUES

Unless otherwise noted, Arts & Ideas programs will be held in the David & Dorothea Garfield Theatre at the Lawrence Family JCC, JACOBS FAMILY CAMPUS. Performance room locations may be subject to change.
  

SALES

All sales are final. There are no refunds. Due to the live nature of performances, program content, artists and prices are subject to change. Advance sales are up to one hour before performance time. Door pricing may apply. Discounts cannot be combined. Tickets may not be donated back for tax-deduction purposes. Member prices are only applicable to those in the Member’s household. Member prices do not apply to additional friends or family.
  

SEASON SUBSCRIPTIONS

A subscription lets you guarantee your seats to great performances! Select any of our season subscriptions and save  up to 20% on the listed prices. For subscription information see page 5 of  this brochure or visit sdcjc.org/subscribe.
  
 

PROCESSING FEES

A $3 per ticket processing fee is charged when ordering tickets by phone, web or standard mail. Processing fees are waived only when ordering tickets in person at Guest Services at the Lawrence Family JCC or at the venue on the day-of the performance.
 

REFUNDS

There are no refunds, except in the case of a cancelled or rescheduled event. Processing fees are always non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

At least 48 hours prior to the performance, exchanges are available for $1 per ticket and can be made in person only, based on availability. Additional processing fees may apply. Please note, ticket prices vary for each performance. If you exchange for a higher priced performance, you will need to pay the difference in price; if you exchange for a lower- priced performance, it is not refundable. Tickets may not be exchanged after the performance date. Exchange fees are waived for Arts & Ideas Underwriters & Pillar ticket orders and Season Subscribers only.
 

GROUP SALES

A group is 10 or more tickets for the same performance. A 25% deposit is required at the time you place your order — or you can pay in full up front. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the performance. All unpaid reservations will be released at that time. CHILDREN & INFANTS

We would like to encourage families to enjoy events together. Unless otherwise specified, children under the age of five years old will not be allowed at events. Select events have additional age limits. Please inquire when purchasing your ticket about age appropriateness. In consideration of other patrons, parents may be asked to remove their child/children if they are causing disruptions or are unable to sit quietly.
  

WHEELCHAIR/ADA ACCESS

The Lawrence Family JCC is committed to providing accessible facilities and programs. All events are wheelchair/ADA accessible. To request wheelchair seating, please call Guest Services at 858.362.1348.
  
 

VENUE POLICY

All events begin promptly. House management honors artists’ instructions for appropriate latecomer seating. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to performance time. Food, beverages, backpacks and the use of cameras, cell phones, laptops, and other electronic recording devices are not permitted during performances.
  

LISTENING DEVICES

Complimentary assisted listening devices are available at Guest Services prior to each event with valid I.D.
  

PARKING

Complimentary parking is available in the front parking lot off Executive Drive and the back parking lot entrance off Eastgate Mall or Genesee Avenue. Additional parking is available in the parking structure across the street off Executive Drive for a small fee.
