On the last day, our cast, supported by professional directors and musicians, takes the stage with books in hand, ready to rock. JCompany artists and audiences alike will be dazzled by this whole new level of artistic athleticism and storytelling.

The classic tale of toymaker Geppetto’s little wooden puppet is given new life. This new musical, which retells the classic Disney story from Geppetto’s perspective, features the beloved classic songs, “When You Wish upon a Star” and “I’ve Got No Strings,” alongside a host of new songs by Tony, Oscar & Grammy winner Stephen Schwartz (HUNCHBACK, POCAHONTAS, WICKED). Geppetto learns the joys of being a father and loving his child unconditionally. Join all the classic characters you know and love, along with some exciting new ones, as Geppetto journeys beyond the toyshop to discover the meaning of family.

Donna, an independent hotelier in the Greek islands, is preparing for her daughter's wedding with the help of two old friends. Meanwhile Sophie, the spirited bride, has a plan. She secretly invites three men from her mother's past in hope of meeting her real father and having him escort her down the aisle on her big day. Brimming with all the hits you know and love such as: "Take A Chance On Me," "Dancing Queen," "Super Trooper," "The Winner Takes It All," and many more. This show will have you dancing in and out of your seats reveling in the hit-makers that are ABBA!

Inspired by the twisted genius of Roald Dahl, this Tony Award-winning musical revels in the anarchy of childhood, the power of imagination and the inspiring story of a girl who dreams of a better life. Matilda is a little girl with astonishing wit, intelligence, and psychokinetic powers. She's unloved by her cruel parents but impresses her schoolteacher, Miss Honey. Matilda's school life isn't completely smooth sailing, however – the school's mean headmistress, Miss Trunchbull, hates children and just loves thinking up new punishments for those who don't abide by her rules. Matilda has courage and cleverness in equal amounts, and could be the school pupils' saving grace!

FIREFLIES The Story of the Artists of Terezin
Featuring the Original Children's Opera BRUNDIBAR

It is 1944. Imprisoned at Terezin Camp in Czechoslovakia, Austrian artist Friedl Dicker-Brandeis uses her art lessons to help the children cope with the realities of their daily existence. Despite the terrible conditions, Terezin is touted as Hitler’s “gift to Jews” and when the International Red Cross presses for an inspection, the community is forced to contribute to Nazi propaganda. They devise a plan to communicate with the visitors, using a production of the opera BRUNDIBAR. No matter how huge and terrible the lie, truth can still triumph through the enduring strength of human love and creativity.

Dedicated to Luna Kaufman & Ella Weissberger, the two ladies who not only knew BRUNDIBAR firsthand, but carefully brought this work to our shores.
