Teachers, activity coordinators, meeting planners, moms, troop/youth group leaders, event coordinators and social and program directors love the quality of our productions, accessibility of our theatre and attention to detail ensuring that your experience is a show-stopper. Group tickets can be purchased for any performance (with rare exceptions) throughout our season, and groups of 10 or more receive a special discounted ticket rate.

What is considered a group?
A group is 10 or more tickets for the same performance.
What are the group rate ticket prices?
We offer discounted tickets at the following rates:
10 – 20 tickets – Save 15%
21 – 49 – Save 20%
50+ Save 25%
Plus all handling fees are waived! Sorry, group discounts may not be combined with any other offer.
I am a JCC Member. Will further discounts apply?
YES! As a JCC member, your group will be entitled to the JCC Member rate OR the discounted rates above (whichever is lower). Tickets must be purchased using a JCC Member Account (in good standing) and following all other group guidelines.
Are group rates available for all programs at the JCC and Center for Jewish Culture?
For the most part, yes but every once in a while in extremely rare instances, we are unable to offer group rates due to contractual restraints. These exceptions will be noted.
How Do I Make a Reservation?
Contact Guest Services at 858-362-1348 to select your show and performance date. Once the details are set, we will send you an invoice confirming your plans and specifying payment schedules. It’s that easy!
How Do I Pay?
A 25% deposit is required at the time you place your order -- or you can pay in full up front. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the performance. All unpaid reservations will be released at that time
How Do I Get the Tickets?
We hold tickets at will call. We ask that you please allow yourself enough time to distribute the tickets and find your seats. One group leader should pick up all the tickets and hand them out to the members of your group. The tickets will be held under this person’s name. We recommend tickets be picked up 30 minutes prior to curtain.
What if I need to change the number of seats in my reservation?
You are welcome to add (depending upon availability) or subtract seats at any time before the final payment is due. As long as the group remains at 10 or above, the discounted rate is still valid. Once final payment is made, we cannot subtract seats, but we can add seats at the same rate (subject to availability). Payment for additional seats is due at time of reservation.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
All sales are final. However, if you wish to cancel before your balance due date we will release the tickets and not charge the remaining deposit. All deposits are non-refundable. Please notify Group Sales as soon as possible if you need to cancel your reservation.
Can I host a reception?
Sure! We are happy to help you plan your pre or post-show reception. Additional fees may apply.
Do you offer talkbacks for groups?
If your group is interested in a talkback following the performance with members of the company or creative team, please inquire at the time of reservation. We will do our best to accommodate such requests as availability allows, but cannot guarantee them.
Do you educational materials for your programs?
Upon request, whenever possible, we are happy to provide lesson plans and other resources to enrich the experience of both students and adult learners.
