About the Library

The Samuel & Rebecca Astor Judaica Library has proudly been renewed by the Association of Jewish Libraries at an ADVANCED accreditation level for the 2012-2013 year.

The Samuel & Rebecca Astor Judaica Library is a community library that serves all ages, offering philosophical, cultural, and historical literature of the Jewish people, as well as resources for research, circulation, and online access. JCC members have borrowing privileges.

The library seeks to enhance existing Jewish literature programs through the use of multimedia, film, art, and music, and to broaden community participation in its programs through developments such as the Holocaust Education Program.

We house over 15,000 volumes on our shelves.
